Here is a card I made for my uncle who likes to fish. I am still into my Steam punk silver and gold coloring and loved this image from Doodle Pantry. I used the stained resist technique from the TJ newsletter (April 2013).
I am entering it into the Doodle Pantry monthly challenge and the Color Me Creative Classroom "Anything Goes".
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Simple Frames
Sometimes you need a quick and easy card and this is it. It's called "Simple Frames" from the TJ Newsletter. I just love the simple look of it. There are so many different ways to use this technique.

Happy Grandparents Day!
I created this card for my husbands Nana. She really likes monkeys. I had these digital stamps from Doodle Dragon Designs and thought they would be perfect.
The card is from the Technique Junkies Fancy Folds and Motion CD called "Short Graduated Accordion".
Here is what it looks like opened up!

I am taking a new class over at the Color Me Creative classroom called Creative Backgrounds. I have done a marbleized background on each of the images. Here are some up close pictures. Hopefully you can see it on these scans. They are really beautiful IRL.
Nana really liked the card and I really enjoyed this new technique.
Thanks for stopping by today and hope you have a crafty Sunday!

Glazed Shaving Cream Shapes
I made this card using the technique junkies "Glazed Shaving Cream Shapes". Such an easy technique... I used some leftover backgrounds that I had in my stash that used the shaving cream technique. I saw a card on pinterest that I liked and decided to do something similar. This would be a great anniversary card, nice to have on hand.
Thanks for stopping by and have a crafty day!
