I found this freebie on the paper craft planet site from sassy stamp designs and couldn't resist adding it to a make it crafty digi sand castle. I was so excited to color it with my copics. I popped the mermaid up with popdots and added some glimmer glaze for a little shine.
The TJ Newsletter techniques I used were ghostly spatters. The sentiment is from Stampin Up! I don't have a recipient for this one yet so I guess I will add it to the boxes of cards I have.
