I love this stamp from Inkadinkadoo so I colored it up with my prismacolor pencils (I know you are shocked ... LOL). I cut it out using the out of the box technique from the TJ newsletter and mounted it on a background using the technicolor watercolors technique. I also used the faux punched borders technique. The sentiment is from Stampin Up!
