Simple Frames

Sometimes you need a quick and easy card and this is it.  It's called "Simple Frames" from the TJ Newsletter.  I just love the simple look of it.  There are so many different ways to use this technique.

I am trying to do some cards up for my mom for her stash so she has some nice cards to give to people she loves.
