Background Whimsey copic method - I Brake For Stamps - Baby Girl

I did this welcome baby girl card for my cousin's daughter who is having a ... you guessed it... baby girl.

The image is a sweet rattle from I brake for stamps.  I just love it.  I colored it with copics.  I did the background with the background whimsey - copic method from the TJ Newsletter using the same colors so they would match. Background and sentiment stamps are from Stampin Up!
